Capricorn is the tenth sign of the zodiac, falling between December 22nd and January 19th, and is characterized by a mythical sea goat. The Capricorn is in the cardinal modality and is of the Earth element. When Capricorn is at its stable state they exude characteristics that include good organization skills and conventionality. The Capricorn maintains a realistic perception, causing them to be very cautious. They are loyal to tradition and respect authority, and when at a state of equilibrium, take calculated risks, are fearless, hardworking and scrupulous, while also holding deep concern for others and giving sound advice. When Capricorns are not at equilibrium they have a tendency to only believe their way is best and can become strikingly critical of others if they don’t agree. They are known to be egotistical, often compared to a slave driver when upset. Having a tendency to be hard to please, Capricorns are very unforgiving and hardly satisfied. Their inner fears often dominate their decisions, making them anxious. When unstable, they can be fatalistic and status seeking. The body parts aligned to the Capricorn are the throat, teeth, spine, back, skin and cutaneous system, joints and knees. Saturn rules this particular zodiac sign.
